无锡市第二人民医院（江南大学附属中心医院）

简介

       无锡市第二人民医院（江南大学附属中心医院）始建于1908年，现为三级甲等综合医院。医院是国家级胸痛中心、国家高级卒中中心、国家伤害监测哨点医院，设有国家级博士后科研工作站、复旦大学附属中山医院-无锡二院医疗技术协作中心、中国神经内镜培训基地（首批）、江苏省研究生工作站。

       医院设南北两个院区，核定床位1800张，拥有职工2538人，其中高级职称757人，博士135人，博士后16人，省双创博士10人，国务院特殊津贴专家7人，第四届“国之名医 卓越建树”1人，省、市有突出贡献中青年专家12人；硕、博士生导师103人，教授8人，副教授36人；省“333工程”三层次培养对象42人，其中第一层次培养对象1人；省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才13人；“太湖人才计划”顶尖医学专家团队3个，“太湖人才计划”医学领军人才3人，“太湖人才计划”医学高端人才5人，市“双百人才”34人。现有江苏省医学重点学科1个，江苏省临床重点专科19个，市临床重点专科8个。医院设施设备先进，拥有最新型达芬奇手术机器人、瓦里安直线加速器、西门子3.0磁共振、GE256排多层螺旋CT、蔡司全飞秒手术系统、贝克曼大型生化免疫流水线等先进医疗设备。

       医院先后荣获首批“全国百姓放心示范医院”、“全国医院文化建设先进单位”、“全国学习型组织先进单位”等。获2020年国家卫健委医政医管局“改善医疗服务示范医院”称号。通过国家电子病历五级及国家互联互通四级甲等测评，取得了互联网医院认证，2023年智慧医院HIC100强排名第41位。医院不断优化医疗服务，匠心打造“书记在线”“码”上办平台，升级“出入院业务自助办理”、让出全部职工车位给患者、开通健康专线、践行六项服务承诺、推出“9612369”智慧服务平台等便民举措得到市委市政府高度关注和认可。

       近年来医院科研能力取得突破，2023年度中国医院科技量值（STEM）中，泌尿外科科技量值居全省领先，全市第一；皮肤科、核医学科均取得全国前百的好成绩。近五年（2020-2024年），医院获江苏省科学技术奖一等奖1项、三等奖2项，各类国家、省、市科技类成果奖34项；江苏省医学引进新技术评估奖27项，获得无锡市人民政府颁发最高奖励—无锡市腾飞奖1项；国家自然科学基金立项课题17项，省、市各类科研立项课题295项。发表专业论文2434篇，其中SCI收录575篇，中华级415篇，公开专利数512项。

Brief Introduction of Wuxi No.2 People’s Hospital

(Jiangnan University Medical Center)

Wuxi No.2 People's Hospital(JUMC) was first founded in 1908. Now it has developed into a tertiary general hospital，also been known as Wuxi Red Cross Hospital, Wuxi Geriatrics Hospital, the affiliated Wuxi No.2 People’s hospital of Nanjing Medical University, Wuxi clinical college of Nantong University, with Wuxi neurosurgery institute and Wuxi clinical laboratory center. The hospital is the China Chest Pain Center, National Senior Stroke Center, Wuxi Severe Pregnant Treatment Center, China Neuroendoscopy training base (the first batch), National postdoctoral research workstation, Jiangsu academician workstation and Zhongshan hospital-Wuxi No.2 people’s hospital Medical Cooperation Center.

At present, the hospital has two districts，South District and North District. The south one is located at No. 68 Zhongshan Road, Wuxi City, and the north one is located at No. 585 Xingyuan North Road, Wuxi City. It has 1,800 authorized beds, which has passed the National EMR level 5 assessment and obtained Internet hospital certification. There are 2437 employees,7 experts who enjoy the special allowance of the State Council, and 9 young and middle-aged experts who have made outstanding contributions at the provincial and municipal levels, 12 high-level talents selected and trained by jiangsu Provincial "Six Talent Peaks", 2 key medical talents of Jiangsu Province, and 2 doctors of innovation and entrepreneurship of Jiangsu Province. It also has 3 top medical expert teams of “Wuxi Tai Lake Talent Plan”, 3 leading medical talents, 5 high-end medical talents, 31 people approved municipal "Double Hundred talents", in the fifth cycle of the provincial "333 project" , the training target was 9 people.

Currently there are 18 provincial key clinical disciplines: cardiovascular, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, dermatology, urinary surgery, ENT, general surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, bone surgery, digestion, neurology, oncology, ICU, anesthesiology, clinical lab, imaging，pathology and Respiration; 1 municipal clinical medical center: urinary surgery; 1 municipal clinical medical center: urinary surgery; 1 municipal key clinical disciplines: general surgery ; 5 municipal Innovation Team：ophthalmology, anesthesiology, ICU, ENT, digestion; 2 municipal Training object of Innovation Team: pharmacy, cardiovascular; 7 municipal key clinical disciplines：emergency, rheumatology, geriatrics, endocrinology, stomatology, hematology, nephrology, pharmacy.

In the past five years, the hospital has won the first-class prize for scientific and technological progress of Jiangsu Provincial Government  and 55 other national, provincial and municipal scientific and technological achievements awards, as well as 80 prizes of Jiangsu Province medical new technology introduction award, including 16 first prizes and 64 second prizes. It has been awarded the highest prize by Wuxi municipal people's government -- Wuxi Takeoff Award for 3 projects. There were 20 state-level projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 270 provincial and municipal research projects. Besides, the hospital has published more than 25 medical monographs as chief editor and 5304 professional papers, including 515 SCI articles, 682 chinese-level articles and 943 public patents.

The hospital won such titles as National Trustworthy Hospital, Advanced unit of National hospital culture construction and Study-type organization, Satisfactory Service Window of Jiangsu, advanced unit of overall improvement of medical service and promotion of medical ethics. In 2018, it ranked the first among tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu in the provincial secret investigation of medical service. It won demonstration hospital of 2015-2017 further improvement of medical service and model hospital for improving medical service by the Medical Administration Authority of the National Health Commission in 2020. Moreover, the hospital also obtained the National Hospital Logistics Management Innovation Demonstration Unit, China Health Promotion and education excellent practice base, the improvement medical service innovation hospital.
